The rapid growth of the business over recent years has presented significant challenges for the administration side of the business.

Systems have needed to be created in many areas to ensure that clients receive the information they need in a timely manner.

Tania Dally -

Finance and Systems Director

Tania Dally is responsible for the development and functionality of Web Genius administration and finance systems. Tania's role is to continually monitor and implement the finance and administration systems necessary to support a growing business.

Tania is one of the business owners and directors, being married to Richard Calkin for over 20 years.

With a Psychology and Education Degree, Tania's career background has been varied including work as a union organiser, in human resources and as a relationship counsellor, before re-joining the family business to help manage its growth.

Tania and Richard have three sons, and live on the Kapiti Coast. She can often be found running or walking along the beautiful Raumati Beach, or in her studio creating abstract paintings.

Michelle Naylor -

Administration Manager

Michelle Naylor runs the team that looks after the administration and accounting side of the business, from client accounts to staff payroll. Having been with Web Genius for several years now, Michelle is an experienced and knowledgeable member of the team.

With an eye for details Michelle also juggles the many spreadsheets and tracking systems ensuring Web Genius client information is up-to-date.

Michelle enjoys the comfortable work environment at Web Genius saying "we have a great group of people, we’re all friends and we all work really well together".

Michelle Sclater-

Administration Assistant

Michelle is the newest member of the administration team, and enjoys the variety and challenge that her position offers.

'No two days are the same at Web Genius, and I really like the contact with our clients. There's always something new to learn and I work with a great bunch of people.'

Michelle is always on hand to help with an accounts query and is often the friendly voice you will hear on the end of the phone.

Outside of the office Michelle enjoys singing in a two-piece acoustic covers band with her partner Mickey.

Karen Harkness -

Debtor Control

Karen has many years of credit control & debtor experience, having spent many years in the Finance Industry and Debt collection Agencies.

It's Karen's friendly voice you may hear on the end of the phone with an accounts query. She enjoys working with clients and finding solutions for them .

Karen has two grown up boys and enjoys rugby, reading and softball.

Carol Moore -

Admin Assistant

Carol is the 'can do' member of the admin team and is on hand to help with any of the day to day running around.

It's a role she thoroughly enjoys. "Since joining the Web Genius Team when I retired from full-time employment in January 2010 my overwhelming response is that I should have done it years ago."

With an eagle-eye for a typo, Carol also does much of the final proofreading of websites before they go live. "The proof reading has become a breeze - much more difficult to find any errors these days to justify my checking!"
