Cracking the code to web marketing success!
It’s been a while since my last post because I’ve been flat out spending every spare moment rewriting the Web Genius Methods Guide: the systems that guide the implementation of all Web Genius websites and web marketing solutions.
We’ve learnt a lot of lessons over the past year, so it’s important that we feed the benefit of these lessons back into the mix, so our clients continue to be at the forefront of web marketing.
The two main formulas of the Methods revolve around the two main functions of marketing: finding new customers and increasing repeat business.
Formula 1: Finding New Customers Targeted Traffic + Persuasive Content + Calls to Action = Sales and Leads
Formula 2: Increasing Repeat Business Data Capture + Personalised Communications + Dialog = Repeat Business
Each of these six elements is then broken down into a series of step-by-step formulas, which together form the Web Genius Web Marketing Matrix, shown below (well sort of shown below – hey, we can’t give away all our secrets :-) ).

The Matrix covers the full spectrum of web marketing from getting pre-qualified buyers to visit your site, to converting these visitors into customers or database members, and then communicating with existing customers and database members to maximise sales and profits in the long term.
Over the next month or so, I’ll be making a series of posts looking at some of the key elements of the Matrix and how the different components fit together to crack the code to web marketing success!
