At least one good lead every day!

Innovative Packaging's Managing Director, Guy de Lambert, has found that the website created for the business by Web Genius has been very succesful, especially with the leads that are generating from it.

"We've been really happy with the business that has come through the site. We get at least one good lead every day, and most of these enquiries end up as sales."

"Having the enquiries come direct to my phone works a treat. Whenever possible I call the client straight back and they are very impressed with the responsive service. This is a big factor in our high conversion rate."

Gayle Hare, Sales Manager of Innovative Packaging, does most of the work with Web Genius, updating products on the website.

Gayle reports that the system is "very easy to work with - or at least it is very easy for the females here - not so easy for the males," she says grinning at Guy.

"It's great to be able to add photos and descriptions of any new products ourselves, so the website is always up-to-date."

She also says that they company is very happy with the feedback being received from clients.

"We are always getting comments from customers that the site makes it very easy for them to find the products and information they are looking for."
