David Coneglan - Waikato Region www.webmarketingwaikato.co.nz
David joined Web Genius in 2009 after witnessing first hand the power of 'getting it right online'. As a small business owner David was experiencing the woes of pouring hard earned money into advertising 'black holes'.
"After spending large amounts of money on developing websites that produced no results at all, because they couldn't be found on any search engine - eventually I attended a Web Genius seminar on 'how to drive traffic to your website'," David says.
"What I heard at the seminar was totally enlightening - totally different from anything I had heard previously and what's more it all made total sense!
"Points like research before you start, give the search engines what they are looking for, make the content relevant to your customers, answer the questions of your customers from their perspective and in their language, build in a system that allows you to stay in touch with your customers etc, etc.
"As a result of what we learned I took the plunge and had a new site built using the Web Genius methodologies. The results were amazing and in the first week the site went live we sold more products online than we had in the previous six months. Online sales continued to grow at a fast rate and within a short time outstripped sales from our retail store."
Because of his own experience with the success of the Web Genius system David began working part-time as a Web Genius Sales Consultant before moving into a full time position - a role he finds immensely satisfying.
"Having the ability to consistently exceed clients' expectations is a great achievement. Through my involvement with Web Genius I have learned so much - I never cease to be amazed at the marketing results of 'getting it right online'."

Mark Densem - Wellington Region www.websitemarketingwellington.co.nz
Born and raised in Palmerston North, I am the youngest of four. I attended Palmerston North Boy's High and started my working life in the banking industry.
During my ten years with the BNZ, I was involved in the branch network with four years also with the banks training centre. Involved in management training, facilitating programmes such as Management Principles Programme, Creating the Higher Performance Team,Managing Interpersonal Relationships, Counsellor Relations and Counsellor Selling. A brief period of time carrying out branch network needs analysis also.

I was proud to be involved in establishing a supported employment programme in 2001 with Wellink Trust in the Hutt Valley. This involved assisting individuals back into the workforce by identifying and selling their skill sets to prospective employers. A very strong period of personal growth for me.
Its four years later and I join the motor industry in 2005. Having just completed five years in a role as sales manager with City Nissan Wellington, our national dealer sales ranking was raised from 16th to 7th in the country overall.
I am married to Jackie and have three children, Tim, Ryland and Libby. Residing at Raumati Beach, I enjoy family life including boating and fishing along with a shared passion with my children's sports and activities. I love music and attempt to play guitar and write my own songs.
Along with my partner Jackie, I now look forward and am privileged to be part of the Web Genius team as a Licenced Web Coach to assist small business heroes to achieve their business goals by finding and keeping customers.
