Soon after your customer makes a purchase (in your store or on your website), she receives an email thanking her for her purchase and updating her loyalty points balance.

The email mentions that you have just started carrying a new line of products and features a special offer. It also includes links back to your website, where she can read more information about your product range and business.

Each time she makes a purchase she receives a similar email updating her points balance, as well as educating her and promoting other parts of your business.

When she reaches a certain number of points, the email she gets includes a reward voucher for her to bring in and spend with you. If a certain time elapses without her making a purchase, she receives an email reminding her of her points balance and of some of the products that you sell.
