Sylvie O'Donnell - Call Centre Co-ordinator
Sylvie's role involves co-ordinating the busy Web Genius Call Centre, offering a range of opportunities and free information to businesses throughout New Zealand.
The role includes co-ordinating lists of businesses to call, offers to make to those businesses - all in order to fill up the calendars of Web Genius licensees around the country.
Sylvie is great at motivating the team, encouraging them all the way and liaising with other parts of the business to maxmise results for the team.

Emma Curle - Call Centre Operator
Emma has been part of the Call Centre team since 2010 and her position entails calling businesses to discuss the benefits of web marketing and making bookings for the Web Genius marketing specialists to visit possible clients.
“I enjoy that my job involves customer service and that we are helping small businesses,” Emma says.
“We have a really positive and friendly environment within the office, everyone gets on really well.”
Outside of work Emma enjoys listening to music and getting together with her friends.

Kim Morton - Call Centre Operator
Kim has been part of the call centre team since 2011. For Kim working for employers who clearly define what they expect of their staff and who reward good levels of achievements makes coming to work easy.
"To be appreciated for good work practices and the effort we put in is excellent," Kim says.
"I really enjoy being part of the call centre, I enjoy the routine of the job and the great team environment we have."
Outside of work Kim enjoys watching her sons and nephews play soccer and is also an avid All Blacks fan.

Joanne Reilly - Call Centre Operator
Joanne joined the company in February 2012. She enjoys working with a great team of people in a warm and friendly family atmosphere.
Joanne also likes the customer contact, a challenging role with rewarding results. She likes the location too. "Living locally in Waikanae, it's great that there's just a short distance to drive to work in lovely Raumati", she says.
When Joanne is not at work she's looking after her grand daughter who is nearly 7 and working in her large garden. She enjoys a few glasses of wine on the deck in the evenings most nights after work.

Kirsty Spiller - Call Centre Operator
Kirsty joined the Web Genius team in February 2012.
She really enjoys working with the great group of people at Web Genius, as it makes for an awesome working environment.
She also likes the challenge of her role in the contact centre and learns new things about the business each day.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her 3 children. She also makes cupcakes and decorative cakes and is interested in photography, scrapbooking, sewing (handbags, clothing & quilts) and painting.

Aleksandra Dryburgh - Call Centre Operator
As part of the Web Genius call centre team Aleks is responsible for making initial contact with prospective clients.
"We provide potential clients with information that would allow them to get the best possible results from internet marketing – we then arrange appointments with our regional consultants," Aleks says.
"I really enjoy the daily contact with people from all different backgrounds and businesses."
Having travelled extensively Aleks says "I'm lucky enough to say that after having lived in a number of different countries I find myself working with some amazing people for the best little business in New Zealand".
