THE CLIENT

Collins Automotive is a well established, multi award-winning, Hamilton-based workshop specialising in the full suite of automotive repairs, assessments and upgrades. Headed by Owner/Manager Jason Land and run by a team of around 20 highly specialised technicians, Collins Automotive pride themselves in providing an extremely high level of care and expertise to their customers.


THE CHALLENGE

Collins Automotive had an existing website that had been built by a friend. Despite liking the overall look of the site, it wasn’t ranking well or generating business and they still relied heavily on word-of-mouth referrals. Collins knew that it was critical for them to be found on Google Page 1 and reach more customers organically in order to grow. They also needed their site to better showcase their diverse range of services and cutting edge technology as well as the personality of their company, which was a key point of difference from competitors.

THE STRATEGY

Web Genius recommended a brand-new 7-page Google Dominator Website combined with an SEO Pro package to target a total of 35 industry-specific keywords in the Hamilton area. This guaranteed Collins would appear on page 1 for at least 5 out of 15 of their dominator keyword phrases and also at least a 50% increase in visibility in Google across all their 20 SEO keyword phrases.
