LHG Roofing

THE CLIENT

LHG Roofing, a Māori-owned business founded in 2018, provides high-quality roofing solutions for residential and commercial clients throughout Wellington and the Wairarapa. The company has established trusted partnerships with subcontractors and suppliers, and a reputation for exceptional workmanship. Their unique company culture places value on inclusivity and continuous skill development for their team of 17 roofing professionals.


THE CHALLENGE

LHG Roofing’s existing website, while it looked good, was ranking very poorly in Google and failing to deliver results. Enquiries were few and far between and not for the type of work (i.e. larger projects) that they wanted. The team knew they were relying on word of mouth referrals and that in order to grow and thrive in the current economic climate, they needed to generate more organic online leads, from the right type of client.

THE SOLUTION

Our strategy included a new Google Dominator Website targeting 15 keyword phrases based on LHG Roofing’s desired areas of growth, including re-roofing and commercial roofing jobs. This guaranteed they would appear on Google page 1 for at least 5 out of 15 of their keyword phrases within 3 months. The dominator website package also included regular automated email marketing to LHG Roofing’s client base and call tracking to give a really accurate view of how many leads the website was generating.

THE RESULTS


After 12 months, as well as quadrupling their monthly website enquiries, LHG Roofing were also receiving much higher quality leads, for bigger projects. Whereas previously they had been receiving mainly enquiries about very small repair jobs, now it included plenty of large commercial projects and the re-roofing work they wanted. In addition, Junior said their conversion from leads to sales went from around 10-15% up to 25-30%.
